woke up to a text from my mom saying that my uncle hung himself. he called the shots, so I must accept that he is gone. life is optional. it is also a gift. i respect his decision as a co-creator. i can not change it, and even if i had known about his depression, i could not have changed it either. it is important to foster a healthy internal environment for yourself to keep going forward....
